Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the product in its original Mockberg box and ensure all protective films and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 10 business days of arrival.
